Refund Information
It is the policy of The Language Learning Institute that classes are paid in full before the start of the session and are not prorated if classes are missed or students withdraw. Please be sure that your payment is received before the first day of the session. For your convenience, we take MasterCard, Visa and Discover phone payments, as well as checks, cash or money orders.
Class Registration Information
If this course requires materials, please call the office to pay for the books. Books will be given to students the first night of class. The books and workbooks are a onetime purchase and we continue to use them until the end of the last chapter.
All courses are in the Albany, NY (New York) and Capital Region area. For more information please note the location in the course schedule details.
If there are 4, or less students, that sign up for a specific class, we will offer those students whom have signed up private or semi-private classes for an additional fee. The fees noted on the site are for classes of 6 or more students.
Summer Camps
Refund Information
Cancellations can be made up to two (2) weeks prior to each camp week start date. To cover administrative fees, there is a non-refundable amount of $75 from the pre-paid enrollment amount per child, per camp week. THIS POLICY APPLIES TO EACH CAMP WEEK IN WHICH ANY CHILD IS ENROLLED.
No refund will be made if cancellation is received less than two weeks prior to the camp week start date.
Registration Registration Information : Discounts
Discounts are offered when registering more than one child of the same family for the same course. The first child is registered at the full fee and each additional child from the same family is registered at the discounted rate. The discount is taken off the additional student registrations.
Special Events
Refund Information
Full refunds are given ONLY when The Language Learning Institute cancels the event. ALL ticket sales are considered final and no refunds are issued. In extreme emergencies, a credit can be issued toward a future event.
