For Whom This Course Is Offered
This course is for Middle School, High School and College students who have studied French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, and Mandarin Chinese in another setting and are in need extra support or for those students who would like to study another language. This class is ideal for students who wish to learn to speak French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, and Mandarin Chinese yet have little to no mastery of the basics.

Nancy Scarselletta is a permanently certified pre-k through 12 French Teacher with over 20 years teaching experience. She holds a Masters Degree from Middlebury College, a Bachelor’s Degree in French and Secondary Education from Siena College, Junior Year Study in Paris from Hamilton College, and graduate courses in Elementary Education from the College of St Rose which led to Pre-K through grade 6 certification. She opened the Language Learning Institute in 2004 in an effort to expand the learning experience beyond the classroom setting.
