This course is given over a 2 day period for 3 hours each day.

Materials are a combination of hands on exercises and reference sheets that are useful in your day to day business communications.

Course Description
This course will systematically deal with key language for constructing effective and convincing emails in English. Basics, including opening and closing emails, giving information, making requests, arranging meetings and checking understanding.

Learn to Write Effective Emails

Specific business situations; such as effectively giving information, asking for payment and dealing with a supplier or customer will be addressed. Some general grammar problems such as sentence structure, verb forms and punctuation will be addressed as well as formal and informal tones to writing.
