This class is for those middle school kids who have some experience in French. This is ideal for those who wish to reinforce what they have learned and to obtain more clarification of the basics of the French Language. This class is especially good for those students on home study.
Class Description
This French Language Class works on pronunciation, comprehension and usage of the basics of French. Learn to converse with a French speaker.
Each session consists of 5 one hour lessons meeting once per week. There is assigned supportive homework and study. In the first meeting of this class we will assess the needs of the students and proceed from there.
Some typical topics studied in this program are as follows: learn how to introduce and talk about yourself, greet one another, and talk about your family and their relationship to you. Ordering in a restaurant will be introduced if time allows. The level 1a part of this program is usually completed in 2 to 3 – 5 week sessions. This time period, however, will be adjusted depending on the needs of the students in the program.
